DELIVERY With one shopping basket, you can order as many items from as many designers as you like in one, simple transaction through our secure payment gateway. Our artists, designers and makers send the order to you directly, so all shipping costs are charged separately. Usually, our checkout calculates these costs automatically, however, as rugs are large, bulky items and delivery locations and shipping requirements tend to differ, we are not able to provide flat-fee pricing for delivery online. We ask you to pay for the piece online and then we will contact you shortly afterwards by phone to discuss delivery options and arrange payment. We always work to offer the most economical and affordable shipping rate to your destination and assure you we will obtain the best and most cost effective way of getting your rug to you. Alternatively please contact us via email to obtain delivery information and a quote for the item to be shipped direct to your door prior to placing your order. The After Matisse Rug is custom made to order and can take up to eight weeks from the time of order. Shipping then takes approximately 10 days via DHL. On occasion the item may be in stock, in which case it will be shipped within 10 days of your order. Please note, that customs and duty may be payable within your country upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. As these charges can differ from country to country it is not possible for these to be estimated, if in doubt please contact your local customs authority who will be able to advise of any applicable charges. RETURNS Everything Begins generally offers a 28 days return policy, however for some items such as custom-made-to-order items, we are not able to offer returns unless faulty. Due to the bespoke, custom made nature of the After Matisse rug, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
